Delivery Schedule:
We will normally send your order to you in 6 to 10 business days, depending on the nature of the item . Please note that at New Media Ltd will always strive to maintain the deadline agreed with the customer(s). In some circumstances (such as machinery failure, power cuts etc.) the turnaround times may be delayed. In such eventualities, New Media Ltd will not accept liability for any damage, surcharge or breach of contractual agreement the customer may face. Please do not place an order if you do not accept the above conditions.

Back Orders: If materials to manufacture your item are not in stock, we will order them for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. You will not be able to cancel your order once your materials have been ordered from our suppliers. Please be advised that you will not be able to modify artwork and/or cancel orders and/or request a refund once the printing of your goods has commenced.
Should you require expedited delivery service that is available though there will be an addition charge of 10% on the actual order
