Creating a yearbook is a wonderful activity. Sixth year students relish the opportunity to reflect on their pasts and look to their futures. Every student has a part to play and, most of all, it is great fun!
With minimal input from the teacher students can put together their very own personalised yearbook in a very short space of time.
There are two options:

OPTION A
The students pop their profile page in an envelope along with any photos they'd like to appear on their page and give it to the teacher for posting to us.
Then we create the students pages and scan the photos (and return them as soon as possible).
We then forward a copy of the yearbook to the school via e-mail so that it can be inspected and approved.
Once the order has been signed off payment is required and the order is dispatched to the printers.
Within two weeks of final approval the school can expect delivery of the yearbooks.
OPTION B
The students go to their computer and design their own page using Microsoft Word or Publisher or Powerpoint.
They type in the information that they handwrote on their profile page and add in photos and clipart.
Once they are happy with their page it must be approved by their parents/teachers before it is emailed to us by the school.
The school then completes the order form, attaches payment and the order is dispatched to the printers.
Within two weeks of the order being received the yearbook will be delivered to the school.
ADDITIONAL PAGES
Additional pages such as those where the teachers can write a little something about their soon-to-be past pupils can be added easily. Likewise pages which profile the leading sports stars or the debating team or the choir etc. can also be added with ease. For information on this please contact us!
